Abstract
The objective of this article is to discern about “BIM” technology and its impact on architectural ad construction processes, drawing personal conclusions about this technology of change, based on the information collected on the internet about its application in standards derived from the good practices in the construction process in architecture and engineering studies. The research level corresponds to an exploratory level whose objective is to examine the subject in question, little in depth and studied, describing the characteristics, groups, processes, objects or any other phenomenon that is pertinent for the analysis, as a case of observation; to finally conclude what indicates the use of “BIM” technology in architecture and engineering studies and how this leads to the optimization of resources in the construction process.
