Resumen
El presente estudio bibliométrico tuvo como objetivo analizar el impacto de la inteligencia artificial (IA) en la calidad y el desarrollo sostenible. Utilizando el método InOrdinatio, complementado con R Studio y el paquete Bibliometrix, se realizó una revisión exhaustiva de publicaciones científicas entre 2000 y 2024. Los resultados revelan un crecimiento significativo en la producción científica, con una tasa anual del 25%, acumulando un total de 925 documentos. La investigación identificó un fuerte enfoque en el uso de IA para optimizar la calidad de los procesos organizacionales, especialmente en sectores como la manufactura y la tecnología. Asimismo, se destacan las contribuciones de la IA al desarrollo sostenible, mejorando la gestión de recursos naturales y promoviendo prácticas sostenibles. El análisis refleja la colaboración internacional predominante en la investigación, con países como China, Estados Unidos e India liderando la producción científica. Las conclusiones sugieren que la convergencia entre IA, calidad y sostenibilidad está impulsando nuevas oportunidades de investigación e innovación. Sin embargo, se identifican limitaciones, como la necesidad de mayor integración de los estudios en regiones menos representadas y el enfoque hacia áreas emergentes.
